Well as my Aunt said yesterday "Christmas is as far away as ever again", a very quite time for us and despite my intentions I ate too much ,but I don't suppose I'm alone in that. I did manage to get some stitching done on Christmas eve and today so that I could finish some fabric postcards as pictured here.

It seems odd doens't it to have got all stressed and bought far too much for just a couple of days? I thought my son was staying so bought in loads of food and he decided to stay with his brother..which I suppose is nice for them but who will eat all the cheese I wonder?

Those fabric postcards are beautiful Maureen. We were quiet on Christmas Day - just the two of us, but Boxing Day evening was family mayhem and there were about 14 of us. Lovely for a few hours but I couldn't do it on a daily basis any more! We still have left overs to be eaten so I'm still trying not to eat too much!
Lovely postcards Maureen. One of my presents was a sewing machine cabinet so hopefully I'll use my machine more now that it's more easily accessible.
