The weather hasn't been too good this weekend but we had a good weekend at Rutland Water in the Caravan, between walking and reading etc I worked away at my embellished sample (see below) and hopefully enriched it with stitching and beads,I don't have a big stitch repetoire so it is pretty basic but I like it!

Well - I said it was gorgeous before - what can I say now ....
fantastically, splendiferously, amazingly gorgeous!
What patience you have had to stitch each section.
It's delightful Maureen, Connie, x
Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving nice comments, encourages me to keep on:) I really love your embellished piece, the course looks interesting, maybe I will have a go if she does it again. I also really love your ATCs on your previous post, and that knitted one you received from margaret, how lovely.
In one word, STUNNING.

Absolutely stunning Maureen
This is really beautiful, Maureen. The stitches and beads really add extra depth to what was already a nice piece.
It was a chilly week for caravanning but I'm sure that lovely sample kept you all aglow.
Wonderful colours and stitching - a work of art xx
