Had a lovely day yesterday with
Jan at a workshop taught by
Sue Roddis at the Stamp Attic in Wantage, oxfordshire. We made a ' Down your Street' piece using distress inks and whatever stamps we wanted from a selection of Tim Holtz, Stampotique and my favourite Wendy Vecchi.throughout the day we were able to nip into the shop and add to our baskets - what delight!!! I'm sure we all ( seven of us) thoroughly enjoyed the day and for me it was worth the long run down there.

The bit about nipping back and forth the shop adding to your basket sounds lethal Maureen! Did they have a basket big enough though? LOL
Love your houses too - I like the pale colours and the text - as well as the stamps of course.
Wow Maureen, what unique cards. I love the one with the tulip the best. Sounds like you had a super fun day and did a "bit" of shopping too. VBG Maureen I am trying to picture exactly where you live in the UK Are you North, South or West of London?? Hugs Judy

Yours look good 'standing up' but I'm still deciding whether to join mine or not.

That sounds like a fantastic workshop Maureen and I love what you have made. I've recently treated myself to Sue Roddis's book and think it's great. Thankyou so much for my Christmas ATC and needlecase - I don't know what I have done to deserve them! There's a tiny something on it's way to you.
Glad you had a good time Maureen, your pieces look fab!!
Sue
