Part one - completed

Well I stayed with the pear and have put in the outline stitches ,which was the easy part as I just used back stitch and whipped stem stitch altho the stem stitch may be outline stitch, I'm left handed and have never been able to stitch in the correct direction or have my thread on the proper side of the work, my Mum always told me off about that when i was embroidering. The next part is unknown territory and out of my comfort zone of using stitches.

Great!
I'd be happy to leave it as it is, LOL, but I'm looking forward to the next stage! Connie, x

It looks lovely Maureen - beautiful neat stitches. Being lefthanded does cause problems with some things - I remember trying to teach one of our daughters to knit!

I can see the back to front Stem stitch Maureen but what the heck it looks fabulous and like Heather said your stitches are so neat.
You're not the first lefty and you won't be the last but I will defy anyone to be neater that you. Well done.

OH, you mean there is a right direction. Great start Maureen, and yes I know I should be doing mine. My design is a bit too fiddly, might start again.
